The family of Kenyan entertainers Madtraxx and DJ Stylez is mourning the death of their elder sister, Dr Njeri Muigai, who passed away on Monday, April 17 at her home in Nairobi.
Dr. Njeri Muigai, who was eight months pregnant, died after an accident in her home. Her mother found her lying on the bathroom floor unconscious.
She was rushed to a Nairobi hospital, where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
Her unborn baby, too, did not survive.
Kenya Medical Practitioners and Pharmacists and Dentist Union (KMPDU) Secretary General Dr. Ouma Oluga has mourned her untimely death on social media.
“No, Njeri Muigai, you can’t die now. How can you go when we hadn’t even begun working on our plans. Your untimely demise is just very sad news; unacceptable to our hearts. Rest with the angels beautiful. We remain broken,” said Dr. Oluga.
Njeri Muigai was in her late thirties and worked as a psychologist by specialization with Kiambu County by the time she met her death.
