Panic has once again gripped residents of Nairobi after two lions were spotted in Ngong forest along the Southern bypass on Monday morning.
Through their social media platforms, Kenya Wildlife Service confirmed the report saying a search team had been dispatched.
According to KWS Communications Officer Paul Udoto, the big cats were spotted wandering around the Kenya Forest Service field station at the intersection between Karen and the Southern bypass.

This latest ‘escape’ by the lions comes barely a week after six lions were reported to have escaped the Nairobi National Park. One lioness was found in Kibera, with the others reportedly finding their way back into the park.
