Finding great singers is rare nowadays. The combination of creativity, vocals, confidence and all that stuff judge Ian talks about is not easy to find. A lot of good singers have passed through Tusker Project Fame, but unfortunately none of them has grown to be a great singer, none of them has become a star.
Perhaps we have been looking at the wrong competition.
We’ve received this video of a Kenyan girl with a beautiful voice. It’s more like Ruth Matete without the deepness… Amazing. It’s a coke Studio Raw submission which may easily herald her star status.
