Yesterday marked the 11th anniversary of one of Kenya’s greatest rapper, E-sir. Many joined his family and close friends in celebrating the artiste ahead of a tribute concert set for next month. Among them was Nameless’ wife Wahu.
She narrated her last moments with him before they (Esir and Nameless) departed for Nakuru, where they were scheduled to perform.
Oh my God….its 11 years to the day since you left us. I remember that day as if it was yesterday…saying bye to you guys at mobil msa road before your road trip to Nakuru…hearing how you brought the house down there…and then that fateful phonecall the following day. We miss you Esir. We remember you with love, and appreciate your contribution to the Kenyan music industry. Continue to rest in peace my brother.
Her husband Nameless survived the accident with injuries.
