blanNairobi’s biggest music festival, Blankets and wine is set to resume bigger and better with a fresh theme in April.
After the last concert which featured South Africa’s Mafikizolo and Mi Casa in January, the organizers decided to take a two month break.
We had to take a two month break to strategise,” Boniface Mwalii, the events communications manager told Nairobi News’ Off The Hook.
They have decided to change the theme in view to attract more Kenyans.
“We are also changing the theme by incorporating themes like nyama choma and beer festivals, all in one event,” he added.
This comes amidst reports that founder Muthoni The Drummer Queen was in South Africa in search of possible sites to hold the event.
