When you’re constantly been labelled as the best performing governor, others will want to learn from you. Alfred Mutua yesterday hosted Bungoma Governor Ken Lusaka, showing him some of the developments he has brought to his county.
Lusaka was accompanied by 50 members of the couty assembly.
