Diamond’s Ex Girlfriend Speaks out on Break up

Bongo star Diamond started 2014 by publicising his relationship with former miss Tanzania Wema Sepetu. However, people have been questioning why the singer broke up with his ex girlfriend VJ Penny after openly declaring his love for her on social media. Vj Penny sought to clear the air.
According to Bongo 5, a leading entertainment website in Tanzania, the couple decided to take a break to concentrate on their careers. The break up does not however mean there is bad blood between them, in fact, she says she’s still his number one fan.
However, Penny said that she was disappointed in the way she learnt of Diamond’s reunion with Wema. Photos of the two together started circulating on social media but she chose to believe Diamond’s word that they were shooting a movie. It was only after some time that she realised what was really going on.
She still maintains that she has respect for Diamond both as an artist and as a person. On whether she is in any relationship, the VJ said that is not a priority right now though she has a lot of suitors chasing her.
Penny also revealed that she wouldn’t want to date a celebrity as their fame and lifestyles only complicates relationships.
