Through financing from KCB Group, English Point Marina is constructing a landmark Sh 4.8 billion project that is expected to reposition the Coast circuit as a prime tourist destination on Africa’s Eastern sea board.
It includes 96 luxury apartments and 8 penthouses. It is located on a 4 acre beach site.
