Former TV News Anchor Michelle Morgan has finally made her relationship with longtime boyfriend official.
The lovebirds who have been together for six years are now man and wife following an elopement wedding at a private beach in Seychelles. The former K24 news anchor broke the news on social media Tuesday as it also emerged that she is heavy with child.
Michelle Morgan announced that she got married to Peng Chen “in the most beautiful beach ceremony”.
“Wander4th and I finally tied the knot after 6 magical years together in the most beautiful beach ceremony in the #Seychelles. Nothing makes me happier than to announce to that I am now Mrs. Chen,” she wrote, adding the hashtags #married #soulmate#elopmentwedding.
Mr and Mrs Chen held a private pre-wedding reception for their close friends and family in Nairobi on Saturday, before they flew to Seychelles for their elopement wedding.
An excited Mr Chen also took to Instagram to describe his journey with Morgan as wonderful.
“What a wonderful journey we’ve taken to become Mr. and Mrs. Chen ?-Looking forward to taking on what life has to bring, hand in hand, with @michellemorganke for the rest of our lives. It is by the light of your love that I see the world.-? to all the friends and family that have supported us along the way. Thank you all for the love!”
Michelle and Peng Chen got engaged in 2015. Mr Chen is a former Easy Taxi Managing Director.
The newlyweds own the Alchemist Bar in Westlands, Nairobi.
