Other cities in the world deal with traffic problems, pollution, infrastructure issues, but not Dubai.
The rich Arab city has some really unique problems, one of which is the mass abandonment of luxury cars.
It is not rare to spot expensive models of Ferraris, Porches, BMWs etc gathering dust in the outskirts of the city or at parking lots and airports. Their owners are most probably too rich to care, or simply forgot they owned the car; easy when you have over 20 equally expensive machines.
