The Youth and Women have been one of the greatest areas of focus for the Jubilee Government and now, even more people are taking notice and investing deeply in these very crucial groups.

One such person is Embu-based business lady and entrepreneur Wangui Kaweru, CEO of Rindi Group.

Rindi Group, based in Embu, is now set to host the first-ever Business Expo to be held on July 5th, 2019.

The event’s primary objective is to give Youth, Women & PWD ( Persons living with Disabilities) a profitable platform to showcase their various business products, services, talents & skills.

Wangui said that finances, opportunities and platforms to grow their businesses are some of the major challenges Special Group,Youth Women & Persons Living with Disabilities, face when they venture into business.

This one of a it’s kind in the country business Expo, will link the special group business community with financial institutions and form a formidable entrepreneurship network.

The organizers said they will call upon the County Government to actively engage the special group, sensitize them on AGPO program, capacity build them on profitable Entrepreneurship, train them on cottages enterprises that can help them grow said Wangui Rindi.

The ground-breaking event is promising to be one for the books as it has attracted some of the biggest names in the political and entrepreneurial world including Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and Hon. Susan Nyaga, a savvy business executive and astute politician.
