Miss Universe Kenya 2019 Stacy Michuki is honored and elated to receive the government’s support after meetings with President Uhuru and his deputy William Ruto.

Ahead of the global showdown in less than two weeks, Ms Michuki met with DP Ruto last week Thursday, and President Kenyatta on Monday at State House.

“At the end of the day, I am grateful🙏🏽 I had the honor to meet His Excellency Deputy President William Ruto and I couldn’t be happier. I thank you for the kind invitation to flag me off, God bless you, God bless Kenya🇰🇪🙏🏽This is Miss Universe Kenya,” said Stacy.

The 18-year-old, granddaughter of the late Minister John Michuki, was equally stoked after the Head of State flagged her off to represent Kenya in the Miss Universe pageant.

“My Face says it all.. It was the greatest honour meeting His Excellency The President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta.

“The amount of support the government of Kenya has accorded me cannot be taken for granted. Kenya is ready to fight for the title @missuniverse and as I leave for Atlanta I am honoured to represent the home of Lupita Nyong’o, the home of Eliud Kipchoge, the home of Mpesa, THE home of Champions with the backing of the President,” she said.

The 2019 Miss Universe pageant will take place on 8 December at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia.
