Singer/songwriter Pharrell Williams has put his Miami mansion on the market for a reported $10.9 million.
The 42-year-old (yes, really) bought the property on the waterfront for a cool $12.5m in 2007 and it boasts five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a three-storey living room featuring an elegant staircase, as well as a 360 degree view over the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean.
It also features a rooftop terrace with a pool, a home theatre with plush leather seats, with Family Guy artwork and a framed copy of his interview by Michael Jackson adorning the walls.
Apparently, he’s moving to another massive pad in Los Angeles.
Take a look.
