serEquity Bank emerged the best bank in Kenya at the Service Excellence Awards held on Friday. The Institute of Customer Service Kenya feted organizations which Kenyans had given a thumbs up for Service Excellence in Customer Service in a Mobile Survey conducted during the Customer Service Week 2014.

The celebrations of the Kenyan Customer that took place throughout last week on Social Media under the hashtag #CSWeek2014, after which organizations were presented with the Service Excellence Awards.
