CORD co-principal Moses Wetangula has been thrown into the world of rumors with claims that he is having a love affair with Bungoma nominated Member of County Assembly Nancy Kibaba. The word has it that the two have been seeing each other secretly, an act that has been going on for a while now.
According to Nairobian, Kibaba recently kicked out her husband of nine years, Calson Okello Barasa, to give her new affair a chance. When asked why she kicked out her husband, she instead curtly pointed a finger at Barasa, a driver, saying he is a very uncommitted man who never paid her bills even when they lived together in a rented house in the town. She accused him of working against her and refusing to sit down to iron out issues.
While Kibaba’s nomination might be purely out of loyalty to Ford Kenya, rumors has it that Wetangula might have used his political powers to influence her decision.
She denied the allegation terming them only rumors and referring Wetangula as her political mentor, a close friend and a man of honor. Kibaba wondered why people read mischief in everything she did.
