In recent times, celebrities and famed politicians have been out on charitable missions to help improve lives of the less unfortunate in the country.
Last week we saw ‘Kigeugeu’ hit maker, Jaguar and Nairobi Senator, Mike Sonko team up in offering financial support to the late Jastorina’s children.
Beautiful TV presenters and actresses, Joey Muthengi and Janet Mbugua have joined the band wagon and are on a noble cause. Joey Muthengi joined Ms. Janet Mbugua in an effort to uplift and empower the girl child by ensuring her basic needs have been met.
This was through the InuaDada foundation which aims at creating a supportive and accessible environment for primary school girls in Kenya by conducting research to identify issues that hinder learning, and working collaboratively with strategic partners to implement sustainable solutions.
Joey posted a photo on Facebook with Janet and was captioned, Honored to be teaming up with the #InuaDada foundation in support of Ms. Janet Mbugua’s noble efforts to uplift our girls and continue to ensure that they are empowered by having their basic needs met and rights respected.
