The Kipepeo hitmaker is said to be one of the young potential people Jubilee is grooming for Nairobi leadership. The singer has been among the prominent personalities who have been attending state ceremonies hosted by the president in State House besides being a special aide to Nairobi Senator Gideon Mbuvi aka Sonko.
“For now, my focus is in helping rehabilitate the youth. My project of disarming young people who are in crime and helping transform convicts in prisons is my top priority for now,” the singer told SDE. “If working with politicians like the president and Sonko who are my close friends will help achieve my goals towards the youth, like it is the case, why not work with them. My be…that is politics,” he joked.
Jaguar recently declined an appointment by Nairobi governor, Evans Kidero a move that was seen as political, as Jaguar has been vocal about his support for the Jubilee government.
