Former promising prime time news Anchor at Citizen TV, Zein Noor has been off the screen for a while now, but no one really knows what led to her disappearance from television when her career was at the peak.
She has finally come out and spoken on the issue.
Speaking to Pulse Magazine pullout, she said, “As soon as I went to prime time news, I made all sorts of enemies. Some thought I was earning too much in such a short span. Some men also saw it as an opportunity to gain sexual favors. I wouldn’t allow that and that was the genesis of my predicament. Preserving my dignity stirred a wave of hatred and soon rumors of all sorts started like spreading like wild fire from blogs.” She said.
She added that the pressure and lies were too much to handle and that is when she decided to resign.
