The high-flying Nairobi-based rapper, Khaligraph Jones, has come through with a new track dubbed ‘Tuma Kitu’.
The Eastlands rapper premiered the single and its accompanying music video on YouTube Thursday, garnering close to 100k views in 7 hours.
‘Tuma Kitu’, Swahili for ‘Send Something’, is a popular slang phrase used to ask for mobile money transfer. In the track, Khaligraph uses the phrase to good effect to demand what he is owed.
The fire ‘Tuma Kitu’ instrumental is by Beast inside Beats while the video is directed by Jijo Drumbeats.
