Diamond’s newest baby mama Tanasha Donna proved she is the ultimate ‘body goals’ after taking to Instagram to flaunt her flat belly just a week after giving birth.

The Kenyan radio presenter delivered a baby boy last week after being in labor for 17 hours. “17 hours of labour at 42 weeks, natural birth, but it was all worth it. God is good, I’m now a mom to a healthy beautiful baby boy who shares a birthday with my love (Diamond). Thank You lord,” she announced.

Then this week, Tanasha stunned her fans as she captioned a selfie of her tummy, “1-week post-partum”.

Naturally, her post elicited mixed reactions, with a majority of netizens wondering how she achieved her flat tummy so quickly after giving birth.

In a Q&A session with her followers, the NRG radio presenter indicated that her ‘big secret’ is a good diet and genes. She also disclosed that she used lotion to prevent stretch marks.

Honestly speaking it all depends on each body type. Everyone is different and people have different genes. PALMERS stretch mark lotion helped prevent stretch marks, I used it on a daily basis,” she said.

In another response to a fan, Tanasha advised women and moms to be to love their bodies.

I answered this before and all I will advise my ladies or moms to be, to love their bodies regardless because it takes a lot to grow that little human being inside of you. Also, I personally believe that it really all depends on your diet, genes, whether or not you hydrate. I wouldn’t really pinpoint any specific secret,” Tanasha wrote.
