Eliud Kipchoge said no human is limited and Kenya’s celebrated journalist Jeff Koinange appears to have heeded to the legendary marathoner’s words.

Following his history-making run in Vienna, Austria on Saturday, the marathoner has inspired the Citizen TV news anchor to take a stab at exercising and fitness.

Taking to social media Tuesday, Jeff Koinange published pictures of his all-round workout routine that includes running, basketball, squash, and even football.

“Straight from @Hot_96Kenya to the Gym plus a bit of basketball, Squash, Football and some running all under ONE ROOF….I’ve been inspired by the ONE and ONLY #GOAT @kipchogeeliud…Somebody say Oh MY! #ItsHappyning #NoHumanIsLimited,” wrote Jeff Koinange.

The images captured the talk show host breaking a sweat at Wadi Degla Club in Runda in all the above-mentioned activities, including lifting some weights and running on a treadmill.

To say the 53-year-old journalist looked great would be an understatement; he looked to be in fantastic shape and his followers were quick to applaud him.

Jeff’s colleague and director Monica Kiragu wrote; “👏👏👏 good job Jeff.”

A fan was impressed by Jeff’s legs as she commented; “Ghai Jeff you have beautiful legs can I borrow for a day.”

“Excercise is very crucial keep it up JKL,” added another netizen.
