Sol Generation artiste Bensoul is proving to be the newest comedian on social media.

The Sauti Sol protégé is not only a talented singer, instrumentalist, and producer, but also a legit funny man as evidenced by his weekly videos on Instagram.

The ‘Lucy’ hitmaker, a self-professed marijuana enthusiast, has been entertaining his followers on the platform with what he calls hashtag #MunchiesMonday. In the clips he uploads every Monday, the singer records himself having a meal while cracking jokes after a supposed weed sesh.

Interestingly, the singer’s meals never lack ugali and avocado, a fan favorite for many Kenyans.

Bensoul’s newest video sees him having ugali, avocado, fish, and some greens, as he recalls some of the things he saw during the Hype Fest concert headlined by Jamaican dancehall star Konshens.

In another clip, Bensoul discusses the recently-concluded Census exercise and in another, the singer delves into the recent peanuts paid to Kenyan musicians by MCSK.
