Why always Kalonzo?
The Wiper Party leader is once again the butt of all jokes on social media after pulling off another “watermelon” trick yesterday. The NASA co-principal was conspicuously missing from his own “swearing-in” party at Uhuru Park, with Kenyans on social media poking fun for the better part of yesterday.
While all NASA co-principals, except Raila Odinga, skipped the swearing-in ceremony, it is Kalonzo who continues to receive the most backlash.
The former Vice-President has not been spared by his political arch-enemies either, including controversial Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
The former tickled his followers on Facebook after revealing Kalonzo Musyoka’s whereabouts during the Nasa swearing-in ceremony.
While Governor Mutua, who never shies away from a chance to attack Kalonzo Musyoka, delivered a brutal assessment of the popular Kamba leader.
The Machakos boss also said the event at Uhuru Park yesterday was “wrong and bound to fail.”
“The whole swearing in event was wrong and bound to fail because it was unconstitutional & based on the wrong premise. On the other hand, it is now CRYSTAL clear to ALL that Kalonzo Musyoka has over and over again proven he can NEVER be DEPENDED on. Trust him at your own peril,” said Mutua on Facebook.
