One of Kenya’s finest femcees – Muthoni Drummer Queen – is back with a new hit track.

Dubbed ‘Suzie Noma’, it is the artiste’s third single off her upcoming album -She. Her first two singles are ‘Kenyan Message’ and ‘Million Voice’, with the former enjoying favorable airplay owing to the banging remix with NuNairobi’s finest – Steph Kapela, Shukid and Tunji.

The songwriter-flow-poet also recently released ‘Make it Right’, a bonus track on the upcoming project.

The album will include hip-hop, dancehall, reggae, and funk. It will be based on the perspectives of 11 different women.

“Each song is a three to four-minute glimpse into the life of a particular woman,” says MDQ.

“These women are mainly urban dwellers, and all of them are layered, complex individuals. The topics I chose to cover include love, failing marriage, difficult relationships with mothers, entrepreneurship, betrayal, among others. Expect a roller coaster of emotions delivered on some amazing instrumentals.”

‘Suzie Noma’ is a dancehall banger in which MDQ also showcases her dance moves in the song’s dance video. The video was filmed at dance rehearsal in Lausanne, Switzerland by hook michigang.
