Ben Githae made a killing when he composed a song for President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election towards the August 8th election. And it appears business is booming for the popular Kikuyu gospel singer.
After releasing the Jubilee anthem – Tano Tena- and its subsequent remix – Wembe Ule Ule – Ben Githae is back with a new one titled ‘Hapo Umepotea.’
The song comes after NASA’s calls for the boycott of companies and products believed to be affiliated with Jubilee. Ben Githae uses the song to urge Kenyans not to boycott as advised by opposition party leader, Raila Odinga.
He sings about the importance of unity and why Kenyans should continue showing faith in their own products.
