On a day of violence and rumours of violence in various city estates, President Uhuru Kenyatta took time to visit retired president Daniel arap Moi.
Moi has the most political experience at the top, and Uhuru could really use some advise on how to deal with current issues.
His visit to Kabarak was read by many to mean that the president had gone to his political godfather for guidance. It came just a day before the Supreme Court ruling, that will certainly split the country further no matter which side it goes.
If indeed he went to seek advice from the retired president, we will be finding out the kind he received very soon, with Nasa almost assured of holding street demos starting this week.
Here are the pictures from Kabarak.
