Opposition leaders among them NASA co-principal Moses Wetangula, have traveled to Germany to visit Kalonzo Musyoka.

The Wiper Party leader has been a missing political figure in recent times having relocated to Germany to take care of his ailing wife, Pauline, who is receiving specialized treatment.

As the Opposition gears up for a grand rally this Friday, some of its leaders have arrived in Germany where Raila Odinga is expected later. Those who visited Kalonzo on Tuesday included Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula, and Governors Joseph Nanok(Turkana) and Prof. Kivutha Kibwana(Makueni).

Raila, who left the US on Tuesday, will make a stopover in Europe where he is expected to meet the leaders.

The two are then expected to depart Germany on Thursday night and arrive in Nairobi Friday morning in time for a series of political rallies in the city.

Tha National Super Alliance (NASA) on Monday said it will hold what it termed a “grand rehearsal” at the historic Kamkunji grounds this Thursday.

This will be followed by the grand Uhuru Park rally which according to sources will be akin to the “Baba, while you were away” rally at the same venue in May 2014 that was organized after Odinga’s three-month trip to the US.
