Hennessy held the first-ever “Code Henny” invite-only party that saw top influential personalities come together in an exclusive Hennessy-lovers circle. Led by Hennessy’s Brand Ambassador and Radio Presenter Shaffie Weru, the personalities met and mingled at a secret villa in Nairobi

The influencers got immersed into the Hennessy’s world by sampling various cocktails and fusions of the cognac while enjoying top of class music by DJ Kace and trumpeter Mackinlay.

Lucia Musau, the PR lead for Hennessy said: “Hennessy in itself exudes class, confidence and a go getter spirit and that’s why we found it fit to invite people who would indulge in the luxury histories and traditions of Hennessy Cognac and see things from our perspective.”

Just like the way Hennessy offers a unique taste that satisfies the cognac lover, the various personalities enjoyed quite the unique experience which was meant to signify the process Hennessy undergoes before it matures for consumption.

Speaking at the event, Alexandre Helaine Market Manager Moët Hennessy added that, “The Code Henny is about creating the Hennessy lover’s circle, to give them their own experience with Hennessy. In a way to say thank you for their love to the brand, we invite them to an experiential moment including ways of tasting Hennessy while enjoying a new style of music.”
