Members of the esteemed Anti-Comb Unit also known as the Nairobi Business Community have lost a member. This after popular radio personality Nick Odhiambo chopped down his trademark dreadlocks over the weekend.
The radio Maisha presenter, who has been undergoing a re-invention phase after leaving Classic FM, had grown his dreadlocks for seven years.
Two weeks ago, he revealed that he would be cutting them down for a worthy cause; breast cancer awareness. With the breast cancer awareness month coming to a close, Nick kept his word and had his trademark locks cut down on Saturday 28th October.
And he sought the services of KTN news anchor Betty Kyallo, checking into her hair studio and spa- Posh Palace- accompanied by his daughter who cut the first lock.
Taking to social media after the chop, Nick had a message for slay queens.
“My lil’ brownin in disbelief after having the honour of chopping the 1st lock! ” Odhis the #ChickMagnet. Slay Queens you may throw yourselves at me!!”
