Lillian Muli’s Father’s Day Message to Her Ex Husband Earns Praise from Kenyans

Just like Grace Masalame did when she congratulated her ex-partner Paul Ndichu on his wedding, Lillian Muli too has earned praise for showing maturity with regards to her ex-husband Moses Kanene.

The popular Citizen TV news anchor took to Instagram on Sunday to send a sweet Father’s Day message to her ex.

“Happy Fathers Day to the Father of my Child Moses Kanene we have an amazing son and he Loves you to Bits,” wrote Lillian Muli alongside a shot of Moses Kanene.

The message appeared to take her followers by surprise as she is believed to have a bitter relationship with Mr Kanene.

The two have long been thought to be at loggerheads especially after Lillian Muli filed for divorce on January 7, 2016.

The 35-Year-Old screen siren further claimed that Kanene was a person of unpredictable moods, temper and violent in nature since “the respondent had generally been cruel, abusive, rebellious and unwilling to recognize the petitioner as his wife and shunned all efforts by the petitioner to persuade him to live a normal family life.”

Lillian’s Instagram post was seen by many as evidence that she still enjoys a cordial relationship with Kanene for the sake of their 7-year-old son.

She was lauded for demonstrating maturity with some followers noting that Grace Msalame has been a good example to women in the country.
