How Wetangula and Mudavadi Lost Their Mobile Phones on Sunday

May 30, 2017

It was not a very good Sunday for NASA leaders Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula. On the day their coalition leader was cleared by the IEBC to run for the Presidency, the two lost their mobile phones. Also losing his phone on the material day was Kitutu Chache MP Richard Onyonka.

The three lost their phones as they escorted Raila Odinga to present his nomination papers at the KICC. It is believed some pickpockets took advantage of the large crowd and poor security measures to reach into their pockets.

After realizing their phones were gone, they tried to implore their thieving supporter or supporters to consider returning the valuable tool. Master of Ceremony at KICC pleaded with supporters to return the devices going as far as offering a ‘small reward’.

However, nobody took up the offer.

Nevertheless, the rally and other subsequent ‘Road to Canaan’ rallies proceeded well
