PHOTO – Jubilee Parliamentary Hopeful Using Sugar and Salt to Campaign

Ahead of the August General Election, both established and budding politicians are going to great lengths to convince voters they are the best candidates.

Already, we have seen some outrageous publicity stunts by politicians and we are yet to see some more before we finally cast our votes.

One of the more outrageous gimmicks we have seen was by Siaya County governor Cornel Rasanga who reportedly splashed Sh 1. 7 Million to have his portrait printed on mock examination papers meant for primary schools in the county.

Other politicians like Reuben Ndolo and Joho have in the recent past used attractive women to conduct door to door campaigns.

However, none of that beats a stunt by parliamentary hopeful Kibet Komingoi. Mr Kibet will be vying for MP – Bureti Consituency on a Jubilee ticket and has adopted an unorthodox method of reaching out to constituents.

Check it out. Who needs expensive billboards anymore?
