ukNarc Kenya leader Martha Karua, who has announced her intention to vie for the Kirinyaga Governor seat, yesterday got a taste of what her campaign will be like.

Karua recently endorsed President Uhuru for a second term after many years of ‘political defiance’. She however refused to join Jubilee party, insisting her candidature will be on a Narc Kenya ticket.

Yesterday during the president’s stopover in the county, Karua was given a chance to address the public, but they could have none of it. They heckled her leaving her no choice but to give the mic back to Deputy President William Ruto. Karua still showed some stubbornness by flashing her party’s two-finger salute.

When Ruto took the mic, he welcomed Karua to Jubilee, saying that the people had no problem with her but her party. Watch the clips below on how that went down.
