Addressing residents at a rally attended by Deputy President William Ruto, Kuria revealed details of a conversation he recently had with Siaya Senator James Orengo at Villa Rosa Kempinski.
He said that he bumped into Orengo, who had an huge entourage of white men.
Upon asking him who they were, Orengo told him that they were parties interested in supplying the IEBC with polling tech. The Siaya senator wanted to loop him in the deal, probably for a commission or cut in the profits.
Kuria wondered when Orengo became the ‘procurement manager’ at IEBC. He also castigated Raila for being blind to corruption by his own people, but very vocal when it involves Jubilee.
