Victoria Ndunge is accusing Makueni County senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior of abdicating his parental responsibilities.
Victoria, who had a relationship with the senator between 2012 and 2013, is demanding a Sh 259,500 monthly upkeep.
“We had a relationship with Kilonzo between 2012 and 2013 and had the child in May 2013, but we broke up thereafter. He used to provide for us for a few months, but he has now totally abandoned us and refused to cater for his child,” said Ndunge in her affidavit filed by Muriu, Mungai and Company Advocates.
In the agreement, Ndunge was to receive Sh 30,000 monthly entertainment allowance, Sh 60,000 for food, Sh 15,000 for transport, Sh 10,000 for utility bills, Sh 8,500 for a nanny and Sh 6,000 for a house help.
Kilonzo was also to take full medical responsibility of the child,
On top of all that, Ndunge wants a Sh 5 Million education policy for the child.
Meanwhile, the senator wants the court to compel Ndunge to prove that she is unable to contribute to the upkeep of the child, insisting that the expenses should be shared equally.
