Nairobi Java House has come under scathing attack after a guy reported finding a slug in his salad.
Lawyer Fred Chumo posted a picture of the creature sliding through his vegetable leafs on Twitter, resulting to the restaurant trending the whole day.
Snail in my salad yesterday at one of your restaurants @javahouseafrica
This is not the first time Java is coming under scrutiny for their food. In 2014, a customer posted a video showing a live worm in his salad too. There are also dozens of cases of food poisoning as a result of their meals.
Following the latest find, KOT were unforgiving. Here are some of the tweets.

First the rat now a snail. Java is begging customers to stop going there. This is now a problem.

Java's response to this snail story has been very sluggish. Java should come out of its shell before things get salty
