Nairobi governor Evans Kidero was among the many Nairobi residents who were inconvenienced by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s arrival into the country on Tuesday.
Away from his air-conditioned vehicle, the governor had a taste of the daily experience of Nairobians when he was forced to walk from his office to Yaya Centre.
The governor on his twitter timeline shared photos of his excursion.
He tweeted: “Malfunctioning AC plus heavy traffic @county_nairobi roads. Walking from CBD to Yaya Centre is the only way out…”
According to Kidero, he also used the opportunity to inspect 40 ongoing road projects.

However, Nairobians who are looking up to the governor to stamp out the gridlock in the city were not impressed with his ‘PR stunt.’
