Sonko: Aspiring MPs Should Produce a Certificate of Circumcision (VIDEO)

Nairobi senator Mike Sonko is back with another hard hitting, controversial statement. Following the fracas in parliament last Thursday where some opposition MPs ‘whistle blew’ while the president was speaking, Sonko has suggested that he will bring a bill that will require IEBC to receive a ‘Certificate of Circumcision’ before politicians can vie for parliamentary offices.
Sonko further singles out Millie Odhiambo for her alleged ‘pantie removal’… the second one.
