At Naivasha’s Cabinet retreat, it seems the memo was for President Kenyatta, his Deputy Ruto and the entire cabinet to dress casually.
For many in their positions and age, the only difference between casual and formal wear is the tie or lack of it. Sometimes they play around with the coat.
However, the President and his deputy stepped out in style. Ruto was particularly sharp looking like he had re-invented himself after the ICC victory.
