The same way that technology has eased the way in which customers order fast-foods then get them delivered almost instantly, is exactly the same way that dissatisfied customers file their complaints.

Speaking of which, a customer who had ordered a meal (fried chicken) from KFC could not stomach her disappointment after she found out that what she had paid for and expected to get in return was not what was delivered. The fast food outlet had nicely packaged the order but the chicken they brought her was spoilt.

Frustrated by the act, the irked customer took to twitter to air their grievances.
