Last week Monday 7th, two armed robbers made away with valuables from a company premises in Gilfillan House in Nairobi.
Unbeknownst to them, closed circuit TV (CCTV) cameras recorded the robbery and it was only matter of time before they were nabbed.
The two criminals robbed Rival Media and Brand Communication and made away with laptops, still cameras and video cameras.
With the help of the footage plus still images that were circulated on social media, the long arm of the law caught up with one of the suspects exactly 6 days later.
On Sunday 16th, Paul Agandi Siambe was arrested with several stolen items still in his possession. He was found with a Ceska pistol loaded with 14 rounds of ammunition. The pair apparently also owned a silver Toyota Axio with the registration number KCB 769H.
A manhunt has been launched by the police for Siambe’s accomplice.
