A man from Eldoret has claimed that he is set to be the next President of Kenya, if a prophesy from God is anything to go by.
50 year old Joseph Aletia Ewoi, says God spoke to him in a dream 30 years ago and promised him the top job. Joseph, a public health practitioner who lives in Loikas village, says God appeared to him in a dream while a student at Kabarnet High School in 1983.
“While I was in the dormitory, I heard a voice telling me “you will be the president.” This was not a usual voice and I think it was from God,” he told a local daily.
Joseph who refers to himself as ‘ Kenya’s Moses’ added that he remains hopeful even though his father killed his dream.
“In 1997, I wanted to vie but my dad refused to bless me. But, I am still hopeful come 2017,” Ewoi said.
