The much talked about Kidero grass is finally showing signs of life months after the Nairobi governor launched a beautification initiative.
The grass was meant to impress U.S President Barack Obama and delegates during the GES Summit back in July. However, preparations and the laying down of the grass started just 3 days before Obama’s arrival which sent social media users into a trolling frenzy.
The poorly planted grass was then up rooted and the contractor in charge forced to begin the planting from scratch.
The results are out and Pope Francis might just be impressed when he jets in on November.
