Last week, a video went viral showing a commotion at a parking lot where a group of men and women were trying to restrain an armed man purported to be Kimaiyo’s son. The video was brought to light by controversial blogger Robert Alai.
Kimaiyo has opened up about the allegations and blamed the video on the blogger.
“He thinks he can attract more followers by trying to invoke my name.” He told a local daily.
Kimaiyo also revealed that he has two grownup sons, one a banker in Nairobi and a staunch Christian and the other does not live in Nairobi.
He added that; “It is strange that no report has been received by the police and neither has anyone made a complaint. The owner has not been questioned. If it was true that the incident took place, then police would have called me.”
