Although opening an account with Facebook is free, Kirinyaga County Governor, Joseph Kirunyu Ndathi, has been accused of after allegations paying a ‘contractor’ a whooping Ksh. 2,000,000/- to open a Facebook page for his county.
Tweeting the accusation, Gikonyo Kelvin (@kotpundit) posted, ‘His Excellency, VIP, EGH, Joseph Kirunyu paid only 2 Million shillings to a “contractor” who opened his Facebook Page!
