From the look of things, counties seem to be in a competition on who is going to ‘misuse’ most of the funds the government has allocated them. After Kirinyaga Governor paid 2 million for the opening of a Facebook page, and Bungoma County purchased a single wheelbarrow for 109,000/-, reports have it that Meru County General Hospital spent a whooping 7.8 million on new curtains.
