Since Pastor James Ng’ang’a’s mysterious hit and run accident two weeks ago, the behavior is now becoming a common thing with city motorists. Yesterday, a Masai driver was caught by a mob and handed into the long arms of the government when he attempted to escape on foot after knocking down a pedestrian on a zebra crossing.
Although he did not speed up, he slowed down but to the surprise of onlookers, got off his lorry and started to run away. Concerned locals ran after him, arrested him, called the police and handed the unlucky driver.
Below are pictures of the track and the Masai driver. The accident took place at the junction of Rhapta Road and Ring Road Westlands.
