It has now clocked three years after the death of the mother to Kiss 100’s vibrant presenter Adelle Anyango. Mary Anyango passed on at Agha Khan Kisumu after battling with cancer for thirteen years. The death that came at a time when Adelle was young in the Kenyan entertainment industry, was one that really dealt her a big blow. However, despite all that the lass has managed to make it big.
Marking her third anniversary, Adelle Anyango penned a heartfelt piece in dedication to her late endeared and beloved mother. From one of her instagram posts, here is what miss Anyango had to share with the world.

“Probably the realist I’ve gotten since you left – I have less inhibitions. I loathe that I have to talk about you in past tense and that I can’t remember our last conversation. I remember the day just not what we talked about. I don’t remember your voice and that sucks too. The battle is trying not to forget the greatest heartbreak i.e your death when the coward in me (that’s not about that pain) thinks forgetting means healing. Foolish, I know.”

Here is a throwback photo of the late mum with the three daughters she left behind.
