What can we say about our friends in Nyanza that has not been said before. They pride themselves in extravagance and that pride has taken its toll on the administrative front.
Apparently, police vehicles in Kiambu County are the highly trolled and cheap Probox models. While in Kisumu they are more flashier as evidenced by the photo below.
