“Hii Barabara Si Ya Mamako”…Driver’s Message to Other Road Users

One of the most popular phrases of the year has been..”Hii pesa si ya mamako” meaning this money does not belong to your mother.
The phrase came from Aden Duale when he clashed with with Governor Isaac Rutto during a public function in Narok town. Since then, people have been using it in all manner of ways.
A driver has picked it up and used it on his vehicle to warn other drivers that the road does not belong to their mothers and they should drive safely.
